Dawson Daville is a Kenyan-South Sudanese fashion expert and the co-founder and executive director of South Sudan Fashion Week, which he launched in 2019 to promote local fashion. Despite South Sudan’s political challenges, he has brought the country’s fashion scene to the global stage, empowering models and designers. After a successful 2024 event, South Sudan Fashion Week participated in the BRICS+ Fashion Summit with support from Russia, solidifying its international recognition.
